Freckle
a flat, tan spot on sun-exposed skin; usually appears at a very young age; likely to fade in the winter -
Macule
a flat, defined area of skin that is different in color from the skin surrounding it, and less than 1 cm in diameter -

A parasitic fungus that obtains nutrients from keratinized material and can cause infection of the skin, hair and nails.
